West Ham hold transfer talks with former Arsenal and Man City star alongside Disasi

West Ham have held discussions with a former Liverpool and Man City star over a move to the London Stadium, according to ExWHUemployee, amid their Axel Disasi pursuit.

The Hammers have reportedly reached advanced negotiations with Chelsea over securing the French defender on loan until the end of the season, according to the likes of Fabrizio Romano and other sources.
