DigiPlus names Ping Chen as president following leadership transition
DigiPlus Interactive Corp. has appointed corporate finance executive Ping Chen as its new president, effective immediately, following the company’s Annual Stockholders’ Meeting and Board Organizational Meeting held on May 29 in the Philippines.
Chen was elected to the company’s Board of Directors and will now perform both Executive and Board tasks. He will replace Andy Tsui as President and Board Member, as Tsui was recently able to step down after serving as President and Boardmember for four years.
Chen will bring 22 Years of experience in Technology, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Strategic Investments, and Executive Leadership to DigiPlus across Asia and Internationally.
Before joining DigiPlus, Chen held Senior Leadership roles as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer and member of the Executive Committee at one of Asia’s largest publicly traded Groups in Technology and Services. Prior to that he was an Investment Banker with Moelis & Company in Senior Positions, and worked with Bank Of America Merrill Lynch, Citi and Morgan Stanley in their Hong Kong & London Offices as an Investment Banker.

Chen earned a Master of Philosophy in Financial Engineering from the University of Cambridge, and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering & Electronic Engineering with Management Studies from Imperial College London.
